Unlock the car using your Ollo app
Grip the door handle then pull to open
Unlock the charging cable using the button next to the charging socket
Remove the charging cable from the socket and store safely
Close the hatch manually and you are ready to start your trip
To ensure the most comfortable driving position, use the seat control located on the outer side of the driver's chair to:
Move the seat forward or backward (visual of sliding the bottom lever back and forth)
Adjust the seat’s height and tilt angle up or down (visual of pushing the bottom lever up and down)
Adjust the backrest forward or backward (visual of turning the top lever)
Adjust the lumbar support (Visual of four way button)
To adjust your wing mirrors, press the L or R button in the driver’s door control panel to select the left or right mirror
Adjust the position of the mirrors with the joystick in the centre
Press the L or R button again to finish the set up
To adjust your steering wheel position, push the lever beneath the steering wheel forwards to release it
Adjust the steering wheel to the position that suits you
Pull the lever back to fix the steering wheel in place
Depress the brake pedal and use the spring-loaded lever in the centre console to get moving
To drive, move the lever all the way back
To reverse, move the lever all the way forwards
To engage neutral, move the lever one step forward or one step back
To park, press the P button
When returning the vehicle, you must ensure it is plugged in and charging
To open the charge port, press the centre of the charge port door on the rear left of the vehicle
Grab the cable and push the plug into the charge port
The LED light will flash green when charging has commenced
Charging is complete when the the light stops flashing and turns solid green
There is no engine to turn off in a Polestar
Activate the parking brake by pressing the P button
Leave the vehicle and lock the car using your Outbound app to power off
