Porsche Macan Electric

1. Accessing your vehicle

• Start your trip and unlock the car using your Ollo app
• Grip the door handle to open
• Press the button on the door interior to exit

2. Unlocking the charging cable

• Tap the charging icon on the central touchscreen (PCM), then select "Unlock charging cable"
• Unplug the cable from the vehicle and store safely
• The charge port door closes automatically and you are ready to start your trip

3. Adjusting the seat

The Macan Electric has fully electric front seats. Use the seat-shaped control on the outer side of the driver's seat (positioned door-side, similar to Mercedes layout):

• Move the seat forward/backward, up/down, or recline by pressing the corresponding part of the seat-shaped control
• Adjust lumbar support using the dedicated four-way button

If your Macan has the Memory Package, you can save your preferred position by holding M then pressing 1, 2, or 3

4. Adjusting the door mirrors

• Locate the mirror control on the driver's door panel
• Use the selector to choose the L (left) or R (right) mirror
• Use the four-way directional pad to move the mirror up, down, left, or right
• Return the selector to the centre position when finished

5. Adjusting the steering wheel

The Macan Electric has electric steering column adjustment controlled by a small switch on the left, underneath the steering wheel.

• Use the toggle to adjust height (up/down) and reach (in/out)
• Release once in your preferred position — it locks automatically

If your Macan has the Memory Package, the steering position will save to your driver profile alongside the seat and mirror settings.

6. Powering on & selecting drive modes

The Macan Electric uses a small column-mounted gear stalk on the right-hand side of the steering wheel — easy to miss if you're new to the car.

• Depress the brake pedal — the car powers on automatically (no start button needed)
• To drive: push the gear stalk down (D)
• To reverse: push the gear stalk up (R)
• To park: press the P button at the end of the stalk
• For neutral: push and hold the stalk briefly in the drive or reverse position

Drive modes (Normal / Sport / Sport Plus / Range / Individual) are selected using the Mode Switch dial on the right-hand spoke of the steering wheel — rotate to your preferred mode. The Macan Electric Turbo accelerates from 0–100 km/h in 3.3 seconds, so go very gentle with the right pedal until you're familiar with the car.

7. Plugging in the vehicle

When returning the vehicle, you must ensure it is plugged in and charging.

• The charge port is located on the driver's side rear of the vehicle
• Ensure the vehicle is unlocked, then press the rear portion of the charge port cover to open it
• Grab the charging cable from the charger and push the plug all the way into the AC charge port until you hear an audible click
• The charge port light will indicate charging has commenced
• Lock the vehicle via the Ollo app to confirm the trip has ended
