Ollo is excited to partner with Homecorp to introduce a private, resident-only car club at Florence Residences on the Gold Coast.

Launching in 2027, the service will give residents access to two shared Toyota electric vehicles located within the development and available to book through the Ollo app. It offers the convenience of having a vehicle downstairs when needed, without every household having to own, maintain and store an additional car.

Rising 26 storeys beside Cascade Gardens in Surfers Paradise, Florence Residences has been designed as a wellness-led residential community that brings together architecture, nature, amenity and connection. The project will include a rooftop pool, hot and cold plunge pools, a spa retreat, gym, yoga and Pilates studio, resident lounge, private dining spaces and a rooftop bar.

The addition of Ollo’s private car club extends that resident experience beyond the building. Residents will be able to reserve an electric vehicle for everyday trips, appointments, shopping, airport runs or weekends away, with booking, access and support managed through one simple platform.

For Homecorp, integrating shared electric mobility from the outset creates a practical amenity aligned with the way people increasingly want to live: connected, flexible and less dependent on private car ownership.

For Ollo, Florence represents another step towards making convenient electric vehicle access a standard part of leading residential developments.
