Time & Place Brings Exclusive Electric Car Club to The Queensbridge Building

Southbank just got smarter.
Ollo is proud to announce our newest partnership with Time & Place at The Queensbridge Building — one of Melbourne's most anticipated residential addresses. Residents now have on-site access to an exclusive electric car club featuring three Tesla Model 3s, bookable instantly through the Ollo app.
And this one comes with a first worth celebrating: The Queensbridge Building is Ollo's first property to feature a car stacker — a vertically integrated parking solution that keeps shared EVs charged, ready, and efficiently housed within the building's footprint.
A building built around how people actually live
Located at 90 Queens Bridge Street, Southbank, The Queensbridge Building was designed around a simple but powerful idea: that modern urban living should feel effortless. From the Queensbridge Clubhouse — with its lap pools, yoga rooms, co-working spaces and rooftop gardens — to its position at the nexus of the CBD, the Yarra River, South Melbourne and the Arts Precinct, the building was conceived for people who want more from where they live.
Mobility is a natural extension of that philosophy.
For residents in one of Melbourne's most connected inner-city locations, owning a private car is often more burden than benefit. Parking costs, insurance, registration and maintenance add up — especially when the car sits unused most of the week. But access to a vehicle still matters: for a weekend away, a trip to the market, or simply getting out of the city when the mood strikes.
That's exactly the gap Ollo fills.
A first for Ollo: the car stacker
The Queensbridge Building marks a milestone for Ollo — our first deployment using a car stacker system. Rather than dedicating large amounts of basement space to flat parking bays, the stacker parks vehicles vertically, making the most of the building's footprint without compromising convenience.
It's a smart solution for a building that prioritises efficiency and design — and a sign of where residential mobility is heading as urban density increases and parking space becomes more premium.
The vehicles remain charged and ready for residents at all times, accessible on demand through the app.
Access instead of ownership
Through Ollo, residents at The Queensbridge Building can book a Tesla Model 3 for an hour, a day, or a weekend — without any of the costs or commitments of ownership. Charging, insurance, maintenance and servicing are all included.
It's the convenience of having a car, without everything that comes with it.
This kind of embedded mobility also supports the building's broader sustainability credentials, reducing the number of privately owned vehicles associated with the development and encouraging a shared, lower-emission approach to urban transport.
A shared vision for modern living
Our partnership with Time & Place reflects a shared belief that the best residential buildings are designed around people — not parking spaces.
By integrating Ollo's electric car club into The Queensbridge Building's amenity offering, Time & Place is giving residents something genuinely useful: flexible, sustainable, premium transport that works around their lives.
We're excited to welcome residents to the Ollo community and to see this become a daily part of life at one of Melbourne's most distinctive new addresses.
